Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin city centre is seeking a Registered Architect to join the growing team. With a diverse portfolio across typologies, the ideal candidate will be RIAI / RIBA registered (or eligible) with 7+ years of architectural experience and strong knowledge of industry regulations.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of €60k–€75k DOE, annual bonus, generous holiday, pension and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Architecture qualification and professional registration to RIAI / RIBA
• 7 years+ architectural experience
• Project experience should include a range of medium or largescale developments
• Full proficiency in Revit essential, knowledge of Adobe suite and other software is desired
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with current industry regulations
• Have the ability to lead, mentor junior team members
• Possess strong organisational, communication (both verbal and written), time management and problem-solving skills are also important attributes
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland

With a wide-ranging portfolio spanning all project typologies, they are one of Irelands leading architectural consultancies with proven success designing and delivering notable developments across Ireland. The ideal Architect / Project Architect, will hold professional registration with RIAI / RIBA (or be eligible to register), along with over 7 years architectural experience, and fully conversant with industry regulations and BCAR. In addition to working on exciting projects, personal and professional development is encouraged and rewarded.
