Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking an experienced architect to lead projects from concept through completion, coordinating planning, tender and construction packages. The role requires delivering high-quality technical drawings using Revit and ensuring compliance with Irish regulations.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, manage programmes and deliverables, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment with hybrid working after

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering architectural projects in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and planning standards.
• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• RIAI membership.
• Excellent Revit skills and BIM experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across all stages from design to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction packages.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across all stages, from initial design through to completion
• Prepare and coordinate detailed planning, tender and construction packages
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and project information using Revit
• Ensure all work complies with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant industry standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams
• Carry out Contract Administration duties and attend project meetings
• Manage project programmes, deadlines and technical deliverables
• Support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience delivering projects within the Irish construction and regulatory environment
• Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline
• Membership of RIAI
• Excellent proficiency in Revit
• Proven experience preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction packages
• Strong technical, project management and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
