Job summary

Locri Recruitment is seeking a talented Project Architect to join an established architecture practice in Dublin, Ireland. The role is senior, with responsibility from design through construction and close collaboration with clients, consultants and internal teams.

You will mentor junior team members, lead projects through design and construction, and help maintain high design and technical standards within a practice focused on sustainability and technology in the built environment.

Qualifications

• RIAI Registered Architect with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading projects from design through to construction.
• Full proficiency in Revit and site experience essential.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the design and construction stages.
• Develop and deliver high-quality design and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Attend site and oversee project delivery.
• Manage project information and ensure technical standards are maintained.

The Role

This position would suit an ambitious Architect looking to take the next step in their career and play a senior role within a growing practice.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for projects from design through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams. The role will also involve supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the design and construction stages

About You

• RIAI Registered Architect with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience leading projects from design through to construction
• Experience across sectors such as residential, education, commercial or healthcare
• Strong design and technical capabilities
• Full proficiency in Revit
• Previous site experience is essential
• Confident communicator with strong client liaison skills
• Commercially aware and highly organised
• Able to lead, support and mentor junior colleagues
• Motivated, ambitious and keen to progress within a senior position
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Full driving licence
