Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking a Registered Architect to join a well-established practice on a fully hybrid basis. The role offers ownership of varied projects within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include managing projects from concept through construction, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations. Revit and AutoCAD are key tools for the role.

Qualifications

• recognised qualification in Architecture
• current RIAI registration
• Minimum of 3 years’ architectural practice experience
• Experience applying Irish Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and communicating with clients
• Understanding of contract administration and site inspection procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a hybrid team

This role will be suitable for any registered architect across Ireland.

A well-established and growing architectural practice is seeking a Registered Architect to join its team. With fully hybrid working available, this opportunity offers a varied project portfolio and the chance to take ownership of projects within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial concept through planning, detailed design and construction
• Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications and tender documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate architectural information with structural engineers, M&E consultants and specialist designers
• Ensure designs comply with Irish Building Regulations, planning requirements and relevant standards
• Support BCAR compliance, including coordinating documentation and inspection records
• Lead design team meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Architecture and current RIAI registration
• Minimum of 3 years’ architectural practice experience, including practical experience applying Irish Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Sound understanding of BCAR, Irish planning legislation and statutory approval processes
• Experience preparing planning applications, tender packages and construction documentation
• Strong technical detailing skills and knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and communicating directly with clients
• Understanding of contract administration and site inspection procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a hybrid team
