Job summary

SSA Recruitment represents a leading Architecture Firm in Dublin, seeking a Senior Project Architect. You will lead projects from concept design to on-site completion, focusing on residential and commercial sectors, and produce high-quality design, tender, and technical documentation using Revit.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years industry experience following qualification within an architectural or technical role.
• High level of competency in Autodesk Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Detail-focused and methodical in approach, with a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard.

SSA are looking for a Senior Project Architect on behalf of our client, a leading Architecture Firm, based in Dublin. Work on a range of large scale projects across various sectors with a focus on the residential and commercial sectors. Lead projects through from concept design to on-site completion. Produce high-quality design, tender, and technical documentation using Revit. Ensure all work is in compliance with current Irish Building Regulations and Planning Policies. Analysing complex project information and applying structured, logical thinking to problem solving. Responding positively to evolving project requirements and operating effectively within dynamic project environments. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• 8 years industry experience following qualification within an architectural or technical role
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard design and documentation software, with confidence using a range of digital tools
• High level of competency in Autodesk Revit and BIM-based project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to produce well-considered technical solutions alongside high-quality design output
• Comfortable contributing within a team-oriented studio and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Detail-focused and methodical in approach, with a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard
• Driven by quality in both technical execution and overall project delivery
