Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants seeks a Graduate Architect to join a well-established South Dublin practice delivering healthcare, education, commercial, residential and conservation projects across Ireland.

You will support design, planning and construction stages, prepare drawings and documentation, and coordinate planning packages while ensuring compliance with Irish regulations. This role offers mentoring, structured progression and exposure to diverse high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
• Experience with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong design and presentation abilities.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through design, planning, tender and construction stages.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations and technical documentation.
• Assist with planning and construction packages coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate information with clients, consultants and contractors.

An established architectural practice based in South Dublin is seeking a talented Graduate Architect to join its growing team. The practice delivers projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Architect to develop their career while contributing to a varied portfolio of high-quality projects across Ireland.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support projects through design, planning, tender and construction stages
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations and technical documentation
• Assist with the production and coordination of planning and construction packages
• Ensure project information complies with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant standards
• Work closely with senior architects, architectural technologists and wider design teams
• Coordinate information with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
• Attend design-team meetings, site inspections and project presentations
• Assist with research, design development and material selection
• Support the delivery of projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential and conservation sectors

Qualifications & Skills

• Recognised degree or masters qualification in Architecture
• Previous professional experience working with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and the Irish planning system
• Good understanding of the Irish construction and regulatory environment
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong design, technical drawing and presentation abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in professional development
