Job summary

Global Payments in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead API propositions within the Genius, POS and partner ecosystem. You will shape the roadmap, own market-facing features, and drive merchant and partner adoption across regions.

You’ll translate opportunities into prioritized roadmaps, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure a unified, scalable integration experience from inception through data reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Knowledge of payments technologies, POS systems and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with API design and OpenAPI (OAS) is a plus.
• Background in software engineering is preferable but not essential.
• Able to collaborate across teams and regions and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Single-In Integration Strategy: drive a unified integration experience for Genius POS and Integrated Partner capabilities.
• Proposition Strategy & Management: own the Genius ecosystem for Single-In API and partner framework.
• VAS Ownership and Delivery: own API propositions for Value Added Services for merchants and partners.
• Requirements Gathering: create business and functional requirements for delivery teams.
• API Design: design API changes, use OpenAPI, create user stories and guides.
• Lifecycle Management: manage product life cycle from conception to go-to-market.
• Documentation: document changes for internal training, developer portals and collateral.
• Agile Delivery: work with scrum masters and leads for rapid delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: ensure alignment and prioritization across the organization.
• Vision & Strategy: own defined product set to solve customer problems.
• Market Analysis: perform market research and competitor analysis.
• Performance Metrics: track adoption and feedback to ensure market success.
• Thought Leadership Enablement: train regional teams to support customers efficiently.
• Best Practices: share knowledge and enable teams to reach maturity.
