Job summary

Etsy Ireland UC in Dublin is seeking a Senior Analyst for Finance Systems and Transformation to own the day-to-day Workday Payroll configuration, integrity, and compliance. You will partner with People Systems, Payroll Operations, Internal Audit, and external payroll providers.

This full-time role focuses on configuring payroll foundations, integrations, and controls, while driving SOX compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring or supporting Workday Payroll.
• Experience with Workday integrations and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with secure file transfer and vendor integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT control requirements.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll foundations and rules.
• Maintain payroll components, tax setup, and annual limits.
• Build payroll integrations and journal configurations.
• Support testing for Workday releases and reconciliations.
• Create system documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance for SOX.
