Responsibilities

• Process multiple weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Collate timesheets and holiday entitlements; reconcile hours.
• Coordinate timesheet processing and attendance (TMS).
• Set up new hires and leavers; manage payroll transactions.
• Provide timely responses to payroll queries from employees.
• Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) per legislation.
• Ensure compliance with payroll SOX processes and guidelines.
• Liaise with Revenue and external payroll provider as needed.
