Job summary

Etsy in Dublin is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the day-to-day configuration, integrity, and compliance of Workday Payroll within the Finance Systems and Transformation team. You will partner with People Systems, Payroll Operations, Internal Audit, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and strong controls.

You will also support Workday Financials and other finance SaaS applications, focusing on system integrity, process improvements, and SOX-compliant controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial or business systems administration.
• 2+ years configuring or supporting Workday Payroll.
• Experience with Workday integrations: Studio, PECI, Core Connector, EIB.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and IT security.
• Excellent documentation and time management.
• Ability to translate requirements into configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll foundations and tax setup.
• Build payroll integrations and journal configurations.
• Support testing for Workday releases and payroll reconciliation.
• Create system documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance and partner teams.
