Job summary

Etsy Dublin is seeking a Senior Analyst for Finance Systems and Transformation to own Workday Payroll configuration, integrity, and compliance. You will partner with People Systems, Payroll Operations, Internal Audit, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing.

You will support Workday Financials and other finance SaaS apps, build integrations, test releases, and help maintain SOX controls and proper segregation of duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial or business systems administration.
• 2+ years configuring or supporting Workday Payroll.
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connector, PECI, EIB).
• Familiar with secure file transfer (SFTP, SSH, PGP).
• Experience configuring Workday security and business processes.
• Experience supporting system testing and SOX controls.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Collaborates effectively across Etsy teams, including remote work.
• Commitment to Etsy’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Payroll configuration, integrity, and compliance.
• Partner with People Systems, Payroll Ops, Internal Audit, and external payroll providers.
• Provide secondary support across Workday Financials and other finance SaaS apps.
• Plan and support testing for Workday releases and payroll reconciliation.
• Translate business requirements into configuration and tests.
• Create system documentation, training materials, and manuals.
• Solve integration and file-transfer issues with vendors.
• Support SOX controls and maintain segregation of duties.
