Job summary

Logitech in Cork is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Payroll to lead monthly payroll across several EMEA countries. You will work with P&C Operations, Total Rewards and Tax to ensure accurate data transfers, and participate in system projects.

The role requires 5+ years of EMEA payroll experience, high-volume processing, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on confidentiality and integrity. Hybrid work model with 2 days on site in Cork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience processing payroll for the EMEA region.
• High-volume monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA locations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and procedures in EMEA.
• Excellent numeracy and data accuracy.
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring service levels.
• Document and maintain Payroll Procedures Manual.
• Coordinate with P&C Operations, Total Rewards and Tax for data transfers.
• Prepare monthly general ledger files and reconciliations.
• Submit banking transactions for net pay and tax payments.
• Support audits and assist with worldwide payroll projects.
