This is a new opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Manager to join a profitable, highly innovative Semiconductor company based in Cork.
In this highly technical role, the Senior Analog IC Design Manager will be leading a small IC team developing optical receiver ICs. The Analog Manager will control and drive the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs, working closely with executive leadership and customers. Our client operates a small team which provides end-to-end technical ownership - from architecture and specification through design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, characterisation and production release, hence challenges can be found here that offer high visibility and impact, which can’t necessarily be found in larger multinationals.
The Senior Analog IC Design Manager will be a deep technical Analog IC expert, with proven leadership experience and a successful history having taken multiple chips through architecture, design, verification through layout, tapeout and production.
We’re looking for someone who has managed teams of design engineers in a high-performance environment, with excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas and proposals to multiple groups.
