Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Senior Analog Design Manager to lead and control the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs in a Cork-based, onsite role. You will own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications and drive delivery of high-quality designs that meet strict industrial and quality standards.

The role demands technical leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to manage engineers in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE, telecoms, or related field.
• At least 10 years leading analog/mixed-signal ASIC developments.
• Portfolio of analog/mixed-signal ASICs in production.
• Proven leadership experience managing design teams in high-performance environments.
• Experience programming in C, C++, Verilog/Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS, Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers.
• Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications.
• Lead design and delivery of high-quality ASICs meeting standards.
• Drive innovation with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies.
