Job summary

IC Resources is supporting a rapidly expanding space communications company in Ireland with Cork and Galway offices. We seek a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer to drive end-to-end projects, design and verify high-speed analog circuits, and mentor a growing team.

Required: MSc/PhD in Electronics Engineering, 10+ years in analog IC design with tape-outs in CMOS/BiCMOS. Desirable: high-speed analog experience, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in analog IC design with tape-outs in advanced CMOS or BiCMOS processes.
• Experience designing high-speed analog circuits is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify analog circuits for high-speed and photonic ICs.
• Drive end-to-end projects and mentor growing team members.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary group including NASA partnerships.
