Qualifications

• Expertise with SPICE/Cadence Virtuoso/Calibre for modeling and verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced block and transistor-level design, simulation, evaluation, and debugging across PVT variations.
• Collaborate with product definers, verification, process, test, and application engineers to define specs.
• Drive architecture development and innovation for new circuits and IP.
• Develop novel mixed-signal design methods advancing ADI's capabilities.
• Lead complex projects with significant business impact without formal management duties.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Drive regional university engagements to build talent pipelines.
• Publish high-impact technical work and contribute novel IP.
