Analog Devices in Ireland seeks a Staff Analog IC Design Engineer to develop new mixed-signal solutions for portable consumer applications. You will work with your colleagues across Cork, Limerick and other sites to architect, design and verify complex blocks for next-generation products.

The role requires 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong leadership and the ability to own blocks from architecture to debug, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• Electronic Engineering degree required.
• 8+ years’ experience as an analog/mixed-signal IC designer.
• Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal electronics, tools and flows.
• Experience leading teams and owning blocks or systems.

Responsabilités

• Work within an analog/mixed-signal design team across multiple sites (Valencia, Cork, Limerick, Newbury).
• Contribute to high-performance mixed-signal device architecture.
• IC block design and transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
• Present technical results to internal teams and customers.
• Use design and verification flows to meet functional, power and timing targets.
• Integrate blocks into larger mixed-signal systems.
• Support layout, lab evaluation and test for successful delivery.
• Drive improvements in analog design methodologies to reduce time-to-market.
