Qualifications

• Deep expertise in analogue/mixed-signal IC design and architecture of ASICs.
• Proven leadership of design engineers in high-performance environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas across groups and to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for analog ICs from architecture to production release.
• Manage a small IC design team in Cork and coordinate with customers and executives.
• Drive architecture, design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up and characterisation activities.
