Taktile is hiring a Data Engineer (AI Enablement) to build internal tools and AI-enabled workflows that scale across Engineering, GTM, and Ops. You will own projects end-to-end, driving adoption and measuring impact through real usage and time saved.

You will work with Security/IT to set guardrails and access controls, while tracking evolving AI models and tools to benefit the business. Excellent English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production Python in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling (agents, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, evals).
• Experience integrating SaaS APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and complex integrations.
• Pragmatic, user adoption-focused mindset over complex architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Embed across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Ops to identify AI opportunities and reduce friction.
• Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, linking SaaS stack to daily workflows.
• Drive adoption through workshops, pairing, and office hours; measure via usage & time saved.
• Collaborate with Security and IT to establish guardrails, access, and audit trails.
• Monitor AI landscape and bring valuable models/tools into the business.
