Qualifications

• Proven track record of applied data science with GTM impact.
• Experience with LLM/ML applications, RAG, prompts and tools.
• Strong SQL and Python or R skills for business problems.
• Familiarity with end-to-end data workflows and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases including account research and summaries.
• Own full lifecycle from problem definition to production-ready tools with Python backends and React frontends.
• Prototype quickly with users and productionize to drive impact.
• Define success via real usage and measurable business outcomes.
• Document playbooks and enable teams to adopt new tooling.
