Descripción de la vacante

Mews is seeking a senior IC to build AI-powered automation that simplifies the GTM stack and eliminates manual steps. You will own the delivery end-to-end, embedding with GTM teams, and shaping production-grade AI systems that scale across the platform.

You will work near GTM squads, translating business problems into reliable, secure AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on ownership and outcomes. This is a senior IC track with no management path, on a remote-first, hybrid-friendly setup.

Formación

• 5 to 7+ years of engineering experience at Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal level.
• Recent focus on AI: building agents and production AI systems with demonstrated impact.
• Fluency with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and integrations.
• Strong engineering judgment: secure, scalable architectures; language-agnostic.
• Experience shipping AI-powered automation in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with GTM teams to map processes, design and ship automation that removes manual work.
• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, build, and validate the solution.
• Travel to local offices to embed with teams and train them on the implemented systems.
• Architect integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Nue, Databricks, and Gong with security built-in.
• Translate GTM problems into production-grade AI systems and provide the connective layer to engineering and business.
