Mews is transforming hospitality technology with AI-powered GTM automation. You’ll own production systems that move ARR, from inbound routing to CPQ automation, within the Growth team.

You’ll decide on architecture, manage vendor relationships, and ensure observability and data quality in production. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years delivering production software, hands-on AI tooling, and experience with CRM APIs like Salesforce.

Formación

• 4–6 years delivering production software with measurable commercial impact in a product-driven company.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
• Shipped AI-powered pipelines or agents in real operations.
• Hands-on with AI tooling and MCP integrations; strong API experience.
• Experience building against CRM APIs like Salesforce; production systems ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end automation and AI-tooling initiatives in your GTM pod.
• Build AI-powered pipelines for enrichment, routing, coaching signals, and CPQ.
• Design prompting architecture and agent logic for non-technical users.
• Maintain live production health with observability and data quality metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships; SLAs and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Support peers with code reviews and promote reusable patterns.
