Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking or related field.
• Experience as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer in storage/networking environments.
• Strong OS knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to analyze system diagnostics and clearly articulate issues to customers.
• Familiarity with debugging utilities: tcpdump, strace, Wireshark.
• Experience with NFS/SMB and data protection products (VMware, CommVault, NetApp).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution to technical issues for Cohesity customers.
• Use tools to investigate and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Record customer interactions, investigations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and account management teams.
• Demonstrate judgment in methods to obtain solutions and improve products.
• Develop knowledge base articles and reusable self-service content.
• Communicate recommendations on support readiness for new products and features.
