• Ability to analyze system diagnostics and communicate issues clearly to customers.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution to technical issues for Cohesity customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot using available tools and diagnostics.
• Record customer interactions and technical investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Account Management teams.
• Develop knowledge base articles and reusable self-service resources.
• Suggest improvements to product quality and support readiness.
