TEKsystems is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a contract role in Dublin, Ireland. The role is hybrid and focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions with hands-on engineering leadership.

You will work on modern AI technologies, including Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, RAG and production AI systems, while guiding architecture, patterns, and best practices across teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in AI Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic/multi-agent systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI evaluation, testing and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Build agent orchestration, tool execution, state management, workflow and recovery patterns.
• Design scalable context, memory, retrieval and knowledge architectures.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities and integrations using plugins and tool calling.
• Establish AI evaluation, testing, observability, and production debugging practices.
• Work with RAG, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs and retrieval technologies.
• Support development of reliable, scalable production AI platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and establish reusable engineering standards.
