Agentic AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its hybrid Dublin team, focusing on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, LLM-based applications, and enterprise-grade systems. The role blends hands-on Python development with technical leadership and architectural oversight.

Ideal candidates have strong software engineering experience, hands-on work with AI Agents and agentic frameworks, and a proven track record in ML engineering and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and software engineering experience.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and ML engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to support business requirements.
• Architect and build Agentic AI applications using established design patterns and best practices.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and intelligent AI systems.
• Lead technical design, research, brainstorming, and innovation initiatives.
• Contribute hands-on to Python development and production-grade software engineering.
• Research and implement emerging AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Support enterprise MLOps/LLMOps practices and platform design.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to production challenges.
• Contribute to performance testing, scalability improvements, and CI/CD automation.
• Provide technical guidance, communicate architectural decisions, and deliver demonstrations to stakeholders.
