Job summary

Manpower Ireland is seeking an AI Technical Lead to drive a major enterprise transformation, delivering next-generation AI capabilities across business processes. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic leadership on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

The incumbent will shape AI architecture, mentor teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and business stakeholders. Hybrid work and enterprise-scale deployments are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI or ML experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to deliver LLM-powered solutions into production.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions.
• Leadership in technical projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI architecture strategy across enterprise platforms.
• Design and deliver production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead development of AI-enabled applications automating processes and improving outcomes.
• Build scalable AI workflows integrating vector databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Establish best practices for AI development, governance, and deployment.
• Mentor developers on modern AI technologies and responsible AI.
