Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer & Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI frameworks and scalable LLMOps pipelines in our Cork-based team.

You will bridge architectural vision with hands-on software development, creating robust multi-agent workflows, context memory systems, and enterprise-grade AI tooling. This role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with product and domain experts, and building reliable high-performance AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting production-grade agentic systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of retrieval, memory, and knowledge graph architectures.
• Familiarity with AI tooling protocols MCP and A2A; capability to build plug-ins.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and set technical standards.
