Job summary

Agentic AI in Dublin is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a team focused on building Agentic AI applications, LLM-based solutions, and enterprise-scale ML systems. The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive Python experience, hands-on AI/ML engineering expertise, and a track record of delivering production-grade software.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Python and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI/ML engineering.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Strands or similar.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI design patterns, AgentOps, validation, and evaluation.
• Experience building and deploying Machine Learning models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise MLOps/LLMOps tooling.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Strong programming fundamentals and experience building production-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to support business requirements.
• Architect and build Agentic AI applications using established design patterns and best practices.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and intelligent AI systems.
• Lead technical design, research, brainstorming, and innovation initiatives.
• Contribute hands-on to Python development and production-grade software engineering.
• Research and implement emerging AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Support enterprise MLOps/LLMOps practices and platform design.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to production challenges.
• Contribute to performance testing, scalability improvements, and CI/CD automation.
• Provide technical guidance, communicate architectural decisions, and deliver demonstrations to stakeholders.
