Job summary

CPL Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive AI-enabled workflow automation within a Tier 1 banking enterprise. You will design, implement, and scale API-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, and modern integration frameworks.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor juniors, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
Strong focus on API design, RESTful services and data formats (JSON).
Proven Agile delivery experience with collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered workflow automation solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
Build, configure, and support Copilot Studio agents, actions, tools, and orchestration workflows.
Develop enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and modern integration patterns.
Create supporting automation services, APIs, and backend components using Python.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead solution design activities and ensure alignment with architecture and standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
