Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Ireland to design and deliver AI-enabled workflow automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Python. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and drive architecture for scalable enterprise integrations.

You will own API design, REST services, and modern integration patterns while collaborating with business users and analysts to translate requirements into robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.
• Strong understanding of JSON, web services and modern integration patterns.
• Experience owning technical design for medium to large software delivery initiatives.

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer. The successful candidate will help design and deliver AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Python and enterprise integration technologies.

This is a hands-on engineering role involving solution design, software development, workflow automation and technical leadership.

As a Software Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:

• Design and develop AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot
• Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build, configure and maintain Copilot Studio agents, tools, actions and orchestration

• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads and
