Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology team in Dublin. The role focuses on AI-enabled workflow automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform in a hybrid setup.

You will design, build, and mentor on scalable solutions, owning technical design for mid-to-large projects and collaborating closely with analysts and users across the business.

Qualifications

Proven software engineering experience in delivering enterprise solutions.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience designing and building REST APIs and integrations.
Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and API docs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven workflow automation solutions.
Build and maintain Copilot Studio agents and orchestration flows.
Implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs and modern patterns.
Develop supporting services, APIs and automation components with Python.
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design activities to align with enterprise standards.
Conduct peer reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Mentor and support peers while participating in sprint delivery.
