Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Ireland to design and deliver AI-enabled workflow automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Python. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and drive architecture for scalable enterprise integrations.

You will own API design, REST services, and modern integration patterns while collaborating with business users and analysts to translate requirements into robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.
• Strong understanding of JSON, web services and modern integration patterns.
• Experience owning technical design for medium to large software delivery initiatives.
• Experience in Agile development teams and code reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled workflow automation solutions.
• Build, configure and maintain Copilot Studio agents, tools and orchestration.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs and modern patterns.
• Develop supporting services, APIs and automation components using Python.
• Mentor and support developers and contribute to estimation and sprint planning.
