Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an AI & Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build and support secure, governed agents that connect into client business processes. You will work with architects, analysts and client teams to turn real use cases into trustworthy, production-ready solutions.

You will deliver Copilot Studio agents, integrate with Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and create reusable prompts and components with strong governance and safety guardrails.

Qualifications

• H hands-on delivery experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt design and retrieval-grounded solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via connectors, APIs or custom connectors.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and ALM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents, topics, instructions, knowledge sources, actions, triggers and agent flows.
• Integrate agents with Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Power Platform connectors, REST APIs and Azure services.
• Create reusable prompts, actions and components, with appropriate human-in-the-loop / human-in-the-lead controls.
• Build agents people can trust - with the right authentication, governance and responsible AI guardrails built-in from day one.
• Push your agents hard — testing for accuracy, safety and performance before they ever reach a client.
• Maintain solution documentation and contribute to ALM, CI/CD, release and support processes.
