NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Administrator in Ireland (Cork area) to lead Administration Officers and Patient Engagement Officers. You will ensure appraisals, 121 meetings, annual leave, and sickness reviews are completed and monitored.

You will also oversee patient management from registration to call/recall targets, maintain clinical locations and data quality, and issue timely communications to patients and healthcare professionals in line with data protection standards.

Formación

• Excellent communication across telephone, written and electronic formats.
• Experience using database software.
• Excellent IT skills and working understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under your own initiative and prioritise tasks.
• Open to continued advancement and service improvement to working practices.
• Minimum of 2 pass Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Evidence of continued professional development (CPD).
• Garda Vetting may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct line management of Administration Officers and Patient Engagement Officers.
• Act as first point of contact on behalf of the business for the programme’s patients.
• Oversee patient management from front end registration to call and recall targets.
• Create and edit clinical locations and appointment schedules.
• Maintain an accurate patient database and perform data validation.
• Issue all communication to patients and healthcare professionals in a timely, secure manner.
• Maintain policy documents, audit trails and legislative compliance documents.
