Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in Ireland seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the UNHS screening programme's daily running. You will lead regional coordinators, manage staff performance, ensure quality, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver a service aligned with national standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings and managing large remote teams.
• Proven line management and performance management skills.
• Strong communication in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems with initiative.
• IT literate with experience of bespoke screening database software and information governance.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport within programme area.
• Willingness to engage in CPD and travel within Ireland/UK.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management for regional Coordinators and staff within the UNHS programme in Ireland.
• Be main contact for the programme with stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ensure operations are profitable, efficient, and records comply with legislation.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, appraisal, and staff development with HR support.
• Oversee site/regional P&L, forecasting, invoicing, and monthly reconciliation.
• Coordinate capacity planning, rostering, safety, risk assessments, and training.
