Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare setting.
• Experience managing large, remote teams.
• Management experience including performance management.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• IT literacy with screening database software and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management for all regional Coordinators and staff within the UNHS programme in Ireland.
• Main point of contact for the programme with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure profitable and efficient operations.
• Maintain records, documentation and audits in line with legislation and confidentiality.
• Capacity planning, rota management and workforce management.
• Health and Safety assessments, risk assessments and business continuity planning.
