Le Meas Executive Search has exclusive partnership with a Financial Services firm to recruit a Senior Administrator for their Investment Operations & Corporate Actions team. Location: Dublin or Navan.

This hands-on role offers scope to take ownership, tackle complex issues and drive improvements with a client-focused mindset. You will ensure corporate actions run smoothly, maintain strong controls and contribute to operational change while supporting colleagues across a broad investment

Qualifications

• Experience at Senior Administrator level in financial services with a strong investment operations background.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and see them through.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of delivering accurate work against demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate actions across unit trusts, equities, structured products, government securities and externally managed portfolios.
• Process cash and reinvested dividends, manage accruals and resolve income reconciliation breaks.
• Support asset re-registrations and monitor distressed assets.
• Work with custodians, brokers, fund managers and internal teams to resolve queries and keep activity on track.
• Take ownership of complex issues with timely escalation of incidents, risks and cash flow variances.
• Spot opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve workflows and strengthen controls.
• Support platform migrations, process changes and operational projects.
• Share expertise and help colleagues deliver consistently strong results.

This is a hands-on role with scope to take ownership, tackle complex issues and improve how things get done. You’ll work across a broad investment portfolio, bringing accuracy, sound judgement and a sharp focus on client outcomes.

The role

You’ll keep corporate actions moving—accurately, on time and with strong controls. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll help strengthen processes, support colleagues and contribute to operational change.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering corporate actions across unit trusts, equities, structured products, government securities and externally managed portfolios.
• Processing cash and reinvested dividends, managing accruals and resolving income reconciliation breaks.
• Supporting asset re-registrations and monitoring distressed assets.
