Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search is partnering with a premier international financial services group to recruit an Investment Accounting Systems Manager in Dublin. You will own the core investment accounting platform, directing data integrity, processes and controls, and shaping enhancements.

You will lead international teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive integrations and new functionality from requirements to training. Prior experience in insurance or asset management finance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting an investment accounting platform (PAM, Geneva, SimCorp, Clearwater or equivalent)
• Solid grounding in investment accounting, portfolio reporting, data controls and integrations
• Systems project delivery experience from requirements to implementation and training

Responsibilities

• Own the investment accounting platform end to end, ensuring data integrity, processes and controls
• Lead upgrades and new functionality from requirements through to go-live and training
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs and escalations; onboard acquisitions and validate opening positions
• Coordinate across Finance, Investments, Risk and IT on improvements, integrations and reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and reporting; support SOX controls and audits
• Coach and develop team members and manage one direct report
