Morgan McKinley is seeking a highly organised Senior Administrator to support compliance for international conferences. The role suits someone with process management experience in a fast-paced, regulated, international setting.

You will ensure smooth, compliant engagements and deliver excellent customer experience. The contract is 6 months with a strong possibility of extension, offering a hybrid model with Cork-based office.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or shared services operations within corporate or regulated environments.
• Strong English communication; Italian language skills are highly desirable.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as go-to expert for queries from internal teams and external providers.
• Coordinate and execute HCP contracting, ensuring SLAs and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor dashboards to ensure timely processing and distribution across the team.
• Ensure full compliance with Anti-Corruption and Transparency reporting requirements.
• Support data accuracy and resolve queries.
• Analyse KPIs and share insights with stakeholders to support improvements.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, training, and global/regional projects.
• Provide cross-market support (primarily Italy), with flexibility for other regions based on language skills.
