Wilson Hartnell, part of the Ogilvy & WPP network in Ireland, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead flagship beauty, wellness and healthcare accounts. You will drive strategy, oversee campaigns from concept to delivery and mentor a growing team.

You will manage client relationships with a proactive, commercially minded approach, ensuring high-impact creative work and strong ROI for Ireland’s flagship brands.

Formación

• 4+ years of PR/communications agency experience in consumer/beauty/health accounts.
• Proven leadership in managing complex client programs independently.
• Deep understanding of Ireland’s media and digital creator landscape.
• Experience coaching and delegating to junior colleagues.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for client proposals and press materials.
• Budgets, scopes of work, billing reconciliation and resource planning.
• Calm, proactive issue management and decision making under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary contact and provide strategic direction.
• Translate beauty, wellness and cultural trends into high-impact earned media campaigns.
• Direct influencer/creator strategies for high-value partnerships with measurable ROI.
• Supervise and mentor team members, managing workflows and deliverables.
• Own project budgets, billing and resource allocation to ensure delivery and efficiency.
• Support crisis and issues management with prepared statements and Q&As.
• Lead campaign reporting, measurement and sense-check AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to pitches for new business.
