Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven PR or integrated agency experience.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Irish media landscape and digital ecosystem.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and creative campaigns aligned to business goals.
• Excellent project management across budgets, resources and timelines.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to contribute to new business.
• Willingness to explore new tools, media and AI in communications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and act as day-to-day advisor.
• Develop integrated PR campaigns that connect brand aims with audiences.
• Lead media relations, content development and social/digital campaigns.
• Manage campaigns and events from brief to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Use research and insights to measure impact and improve future campaigns.
• Help clients navigate issues, support crisis communications, protect reputations.
• Spot opportunities for existing clients and contribute to new business pitches.
• Support and develop junior colleagues and collaborate across teams.
