Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in 360 Recruitment within an agency.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering or Technical sectors.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, target-driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with recruiting tools and online resources (LinkedIn, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
• Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent.
• Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Maintain candidate database for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with documentation and admin tasks.
• Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks and market conditions.
