Morgan McKinley is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer in Ireland to provide second-line technical support, diagnose complex hardware, software and network issues, and ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs. You will work with Level 1 and Level 3 engineers, and engage with vendors to restore services efficiently.

The role focuses on end-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic infrastructure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment.
• Experience providing second-line IT support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and incident management processes.

Mansioni

• Provide second-line technical support for escalated incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues to restore services.
• Manage incidents through to resolution and communicate progress.
• Assist with admin tasks for AD/Entra ID, GPOs and license management.
• Document fixes and create knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Level 1, Level 3 and vendors to resolve complex issues.
