The Hoxton Dublin is inviting applicants for seasonal Food & Beverage roles during the Christmas period, from mid-November 2026 through mid-January 2027. We welcome hospitality pros and newcomers who share a passion for delivering great guest experiences at our city-center venue.

The festive season is almost here, and we're getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin!

We're looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027.

Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or simply love creating great experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you'll do…

• Simply put - you're the face of our guests' experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they're having a great time.
• Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded.
