Job summary

The Hoxton, Dublin is seeking seasonal Food & Beverage team members for the Christmas period, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027. Become part of a vibrant hospitality team to support bartenders, keep bars stocked, and help create a memorable guest experience.

You'll work with the F&B team to run smooth service in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean service areas, and contribute with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is welcome.
• Strong customer service mindset is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to support bartenders and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the bar, keeping stock and cleanliness up to standard.
• Work with the F&B team to ensure smooth operation of bars and outlets.
• Keep glassware, ice, garnishes and essentials stocked and accessible.
• Maintain clean and ready service areas.
• Support bartenders and waiters during service and anticipate needs.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Simply put - you’re the engine behind the bar, keeping everything stocked, spotless and running smoothly so our bartenders can focus on giving our guests a great time.
• Work with the F&B team to keep the bars and other outlets running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the bar & service areas stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, drinks and all the essentials.
• Keep the bar & service areas clean, tidy and ready for action.
• Support our bartenders/waiters throughout service and anticipate what they need before they ask.
• Help create a fun, relaxed and memorable experience for our guests.
