The Hoxton Dublin is seeking a hands-on hospitality professional to join a creative, fast-paced team. You’ll support inventory, storage, and guest-facing operations, ensuring accurate deliveries and smooth day-to-day tasks to deliver memorable experiences.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Reconcile incoming products with the order form, purchasing specs and delivery notes.
• Check all products to ensure they are the correct quantity and weight.
• Put away all goods delivered to the hotel.
• Compare prices on the delivery note with the order and escape discrepancies.
• Maintain and organise delivery notes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct monthly inventory/stock checks and random spot-checks.
• Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
• General maintenance of all storage spaces and loading bays.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
