Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is seeking seasonal bartenders for the Christmas period, from mid-November 2026 through mid-January 2027. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality to help guests enjoy memorable experiences in a vibrant hotel setting.

You will craft drinks, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and support the F&B team as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest focus, and a hands-on approach in a busy Dublin hotel bar.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• A natural people person with confident guest interaction.
• A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between.

The festive season is almost here, and we’re getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin!

We’re looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027.

Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or simply love creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.
