The Hoxton Dublin is seeking seasonal Food & Beverage staff for the Christmas period from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve guests, and contribute to a vibrant bar and dining experience.

Ideal candidates have bar tending experience, a passion for hospitality, and a positive attitude. The role is on-site in Dublin with opportunities to support the wider F&B team during busy shifts.

Qualificações

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Willingness to assist the F&B team and support others.

The festive season is almost here, and we’re getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin! We’re looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027.

Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from perfectly poured espresso to seasonal specials that keep things fresh.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Barista – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
