Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is recruiting for the festive season, from mid-November 2026 through mid-January 2027, for our Food & Beverage team. Join us if you’re energetic, friendly and enthusiastic about delivering great guest experiences in a busy hospitality environment.

As part of the Christmas shift pattern, you’ll work with the team to create a relaxed atmosphere, master our product and systems, and assist across the bar and service. Previous bar experience is welcome; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality and guest-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver good guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to help the F&B team and share duties as needed.

The festive season is almost here, and we’re getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin!

We’re looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027.

Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or simply love creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027.

The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from perfectly poured espresso to seasonal specials that keep things fresh.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Barista – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
